How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@metamech.com with your order number or the email address used for purchase. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

What Happens After a Refund

• Your license key will be deactivated
• You should uninstall the product from your devices
• Any data you created with the product remains yours

Exceptions

Refunds are limited to one per product per customer. If you have previously received a refund for the same product, additional refund requests may be declined.
